The Junkdrop fellas have furnished homes for recipients within local charities for 4+ years. We wanted to help the demographic most in need of the furniture we remove — so the Single Mother Project was born.
We start by furnishing the essentials — from cozy beds to functional kitchens — providing a foundation for family life. We’ve already furnished over a dozen homes for Nashville single mothers with our clients’ unwanted items.

We remove the items you don’t want and haul them back to our warehouse. There we sort between reusable and non-reusable.
Non-reusable items are hauled off — recycled or disposed of properly, like a traditional service. The reusable items we store, deliver, and set up for underprivileged Nashvillians inside their homes.
Other guys drop it at Goodwill. We don’t do that. We find recipients through the organizations we partner with — and we spend less at the landfill than our competition, passing that savings on to you.

We get blankets, toys, collars, leashes, and beds to our furry friends in need as they find a second home.
